Camping runs from Friday lunchtime through to Monday lunchtime, giving you plenty of time to settle in, explore and truly enjoy everything the show has to offer. From arena displays and vehicle exhibits to shopping, evening entertainment and the fun fair, you can relax knowing you don’t have to rush home at the end of the day. Camping for Traders, Exhibitors, etc
If you’re part of the show team – whether you’re a volunteer, exhibitor, trader or entertainer – we’re pleased to offer complimentary on-site camping for the weekend. There’s nothing complicated to arrange; simply tick the camping box on your registration form and we’ll allocate your space. Staying on site means you can enjoy the evening entertainment, spend time with fellow exhibitors and volunteers, and really be part of the show community once the public gates close. It also makes those early starts far easier – no long drives, no traffic, just a relaxed lay-in, a short stroll to your pitch or section, and more energy to make the most of the weekend.
We welcome a range of camping set-ups, whether you’re bringing a tent, caravan or motorhome. Our camping field is open from Friday through to Monday, giving you plenty of flexibility to arrive, get settled and enjoy the build-up to the weekend without feeling rushed. Equally, there’s no need to pack up in a hurry on Sunday evening – you can relax, enjoy the final entertainment, and take your time heading home on Monday. It’s all about creating a laid-back, enjoyable Bank Holiday experience from start to finish.
