Become a Festival Volunteer, Join the Team Behind the Magic!

The Dauntsey Festival of Transport & Country Show wouldn’t be possible without our incredible team of volunteers. Every year, they help us transform nearly 70 acres of Wiltshire countryside into one of the most exciting family events of the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Whether you’re greeting visitors at the gate, helping park vintage vehicles, assisting with the dog show, or capturing the weekend on camera, there’s a role for everyone, and every pair of hands helps keep the show running smoothly.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering at the Festival isn’t just about helping out, it’s about joining something special. You’ll:

  • Enjoy the buzz of a major event from behind the scenesBenefits of Becoming a Volunteer
  • Make a real contribution to your local community
  • Be part of a welcoming, like-minded team
  • Learn new skills or put existing ones to good use
  • Gain experience for your CV, Duke of Edinburgh Award, or community service hours

  • Free entry to the show
