Volunteer Videographer

We are currently seeking a volunteer videographer for our show weekend to support the media team. The role will involve planning, creation and editing of footage for social media and our website.

Applicants would be expected to use their own video equipment and editing software, which is to be of sufficient spec to meet the requirements. It is desirable that applicants have a keen interest in country life and transport.

Volunteer Event Assistants

Helping over the show weekend, you are the face of the show! The Event Steward team are the first point of contact as they check tickets, help guide traffic and ensure visitors are parked safely to enjoy our show. A vital aspect is to support both visitors, and the event management team throughout the weekend with information, practical support and an awareness for safety for visitor and staff alike.

If you have had previous experience of event stewarding / working front of house that would be an advantage. There is a significant amount of walking required through the weekend so physical fitness is important and you should be prepared to operate in all weathers. If you are a good team player with a desire to provide excellent service and a flexible, positive approach, we would like to hear from you.

Volunteer Maintenance Assistants

Are you handy with a hammer, or useful with a saw? Maybe you are great at woodwork or metalwork?

Our volunteer maintenance team hepl to create signs, noticeboards, prepare fencing and much more in the lead up to the show, over the weekend and during the show breakdown period. Ideally you will have your own tools and workshop, where you are able to help us pull everything together. You will join a great team of other professionals that volunteer their time and “get things done”!
