General FAQ

Yes, we have professional security on-site 24/7 from the day before the show (Thursday) through to the day after (Tuesday). However, you are advised that the Organiser will not be held responsible for security of their exhibit or any property whilst on the Showground. All assets left by you are at your own risk and we, the organisers, will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may be caused.

Yes but no generators to be run between 10 pm - 6:30 am

Yes, and we even have a fun dog show! However, dog owners are legally liable for their dogs and must ensure they clean up after them. Any exhibitor bringing their dog to the show must ensure that it is under their control at all times and is not permitted to run freely on the showground. Dogs must be on a short non-retractable lead at all times.

Access to the site is available all week for large exhibitors, commercial food, etc and from Thursday 21/08/2025 for general trade. craft can access the craft marquee from Friday 22/08/25 Vehicles must be onsite before 9 am or parked in the public car park. on show days Vehicles must not be moved between 9 am - 5 pm on show days.

Large mobile units: If the Exhibitor has a large mobile unit, they are advised to have it in position by Friday 22th August 2025 at the latest, as it may encroach upon adjoining Trade Stand space and need to be manoeuvred into position.

Commercial food providers please aim to be setup by WednesdayThursday ideally so we can work around you. We have team members on site from Tuesday over night and security from Thursday.

Please note on non show days the gates are closed at 8pm, however security are around from Friday onwards and earlier in the week one of the committee is always on site.

No, you are not expected to register a vehicle with us and wristbands are issued upon arrival

General public can download their tickets from TicketSource, for all others (trade, craft, exhibitors, etc) that have booked wristbands are issued upon arrival. We have a list of expected exhibitors on the entry gate and you can also use your confirmation emails if you wish. Please note trade, craft, exhibitors, etc are only entitled to 2 adults and children on their entry. Additional adults will need to purchase an entry ticket or season ticket.

Camping & Campers

Anytime from Friday, as we have our team on site 24/7. Please be aware that the show will still be setting up though so you will need to stay in the camping field most of the day for health and safety reasons.

No we will not be allowing them this year due to the extremely dry weather and ground, please do not use fire pits or open BBQ. Our Health & Safety Officer is happy to discuss individual cases though and his decision is final.

Traders FAQ

You are welcome to setup anytime on the Friday or leave it to the Saturday morning. We recommend later trade units arrive earlier on the Friday though or by arrangement on Thursday to make it easier to position your unit if a lorry, trailer or other large unit.

Crafters FAQ

No, all crafters are in our craft marquee and we provide each booking with one table. You may wish to bring camp chairs though to sit on during the day.

All crafters are more than welcome to camp in our camping area, however there is not enough room to allow camping in or around the craft marquee.

You are welcome to setup anytime on the Friday or leave it to the Saturday morning.

Exhibitors FAQ

Artisan Food FAQ

Public Liability Insurance to the value of at least £5 million. Food Hygiene Rating certificate from your local authority (Rating of 4 or higher only).  Food Safety Certificates for all staff (no more than 3 years old). If you are serving alcohol, please also have your licence.
