The Dauntsey Festival of Transport & Country Show is set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Whilst Mobile Coverage is patchy in normal circumstances, once the show fills with thousands of people, the signal strength seriously deteriorates. As a trader or exhibitor we are sure you are aware of these challenges and trying to rely on 3g/4g signal.

We are working with Bytes Digital to provide services to keep you connected and trading despite the remote trading location. If you plan on taking Card Transactions or sharing updates on social media then you are going to need a facility that connects to the internet. (Either a WiFi Terminal, Zettle / SumUp / Square). If you are a trader who needs the Internet to trade or even just want to keep those socials up to date, then we suggest you take the dedicated service offered by Bytes Digital.

The standard charge is £40 per pitch, which allows two devices to be connected. You can also request a connection for extra devices at an additional £10 per device. This will be a mesh Service, so your devices are not tied to your pitch, and you will be able to receive reception across the show site. Please note that Wi-Fi access will be switched off overnight due to noise management from any associated generators.

How it Works

When you book your WIFI connection, your stand will be allocated a unique password based on your company name and stand number. This password will be issued in the week before the show and will allow you to connect on the days of the show. You will only be able to connect the number of devices you have booked, so please do not share your password as this may result in you not being able to log in yourself.

Passwords will be sent out with your Show Information packs close to show day. In the unlikely event that you might have connection issues on the day then our professional Wi-Fi engineers are onsite and also offering remote support to help immediately
